Manage your bookings

Agree changes, handle cancellations and book a band again.

Before you start, open a confirmed gig from Bookings, your calendar or its email link. Check that you’re looking at the correct venue.

Check your gig and arrange payment

  1. Review the agreed date, times, fee and gig brief.
  2. Use Booking contacts to arrange arrival and payment with the band.
  3. After the performance has ended, choose Mark gig completed and confirm that it took place.

You pay the band directly. GigFellas does not collect or pass on the band’s fee.

Agree a change

If a band asks for a change, your Home page shows Changes requested. Open the booking to review the proposal. Choose Approve proposed changes to accept it or Keep original details to decline it.

To propose a change yourself, choose Request changes, enter the new times, fee or other available details, explain why and choose Send change request. The booking stays confirmed on its existing terms until the band agrees. You can withdraw your pending request.

If the gig cannot go ahead

Choose Cancel gig, give a reason and review the warning before choosing Cancel gig now. The band is notified and waiting choices close. If you cancel a confirmed gig, its spent credit is not returned. Your agreed cancellation terms still apply.

If the band cancels, the date reopens for a replacement. Use Review replacement choices. The booking’s credit panel shows whether a credit is available for the replacement or has been returned. An expired credit cannot be returned as a usable credit.

For a problem you need help with, open Ask GigFellas for help and send a support request. This does not cancel the booking.

Book the band again

  1. Open Book this band again on a confirmed or completed booking.
  2. Choose a new date. Availability is checked as you enter it. A blocked date or another confirmed gig prevents a new offer.
  3. Review the fee and brief, then choose Review repeat offer. The band still needs to accept the new gig.

You can offer a date the band has not explicitly listed as available, provided it is not blocked or already booked.
